Unlike many other communities, Superteam prioritizes effort. Access cannot be bought with tokens. Instead, we believe that all participants must earn their place in our community.

Our reputation system tracks members’ contributions and awards them XP points, allowing project leads to identify reliable team members.
XP points act as your DAO credit score — they reflect the value you’ve brought to Superteam and the broader ecosystem through your skills and intentions.
The Superteam Reputation Board displays XP earned through contributions, organized by skill. Members with high XP are invited to exciting, high-paying projects and can use their XP as proof of work in the Web3 ecosystem.
